Co-owner and Executive chef of Nuit Etoilee, began in his first professional kitchen at age 16. While working for an upscale catering company and enjoying helping prepare family events and holidays, his passion for the art of cooking grew. Just out of culinary school, Seth was brought out west to do his internship at the world renowned Deer Valley Ski Resort. Returning for seasonal employment, while spending summers in the likes of, North Carolina and Pennsylvania, Seth was hired to return to Deer Valley as banquet chef and this began his love of the Park City area.
David's first experience in the industry came when he started bussing at a local Japanese restaurant. It didn't take long before he started to apprentice as a sushi chef. After learning in restaurants in Salt Lake City, Park City, and Moab; he started working at Naked Fish Bistro.
